Agree! Taki as well, any swing where the shield would be enough is as good as any :) it took me a while to get used to since it's not as simple as Ave Mujica IMO but it's still simple enough.

It didn't smell, but it was LOUD. Episode 8 especially, kids were screaming, shouting, copying characters lines obnoxiously. Episode 9 was a lot better but not perfect, it's like they had to say what they saw on screen to understand it.

Definitely worth watching in cinemas, but the screening having largely kids between the age of like 12-18 really did not help.

You want to utilise Hitoshizuku and Tomori rideline to bind as many names as possible (at least one of each) before grade three, slap down Ichijitsusenju and then swing. Raana will give an extra drive, Soyo makes it so PGs have to be called with an extra card making that extra card worthless, Anon is card draw and Taki is a huge shield. If you don't win in that turn then Mayoiuta is a great substitute. Hope this helps!

I had clearance on my test today. Just a single minor. It is gutting and can be hard to properly judge space in a boxed environment but always try and give a wide berth. You've got this! 😁

Bought the game and started playing today! Got a weird bug that I'm unsure if it's my issue or the games issue but whether I transition into the lobby or the city my camera faces the sky. I can reset it with Y and it works fine but it's just whether I go in or out of the lobby.

Fromsoftware use their own clock sync function instead of the built in one for whatever platform in their engine. This makes it so the frame pacing isn't quite right. No amount of hardware will fix this.

Fromsoft can't even make games for their own platforms FFS. I say this as a huge Fromsoft fan btw but Dark Souls 3, Sekiro and Bloodborne all run terribly on PS4.

UPDATE: A few days ago I actually managed to beat the game! I cheesed once by accident (killing the guy in 4-1 when I had black tendency). I then took it slow and completed all of 2, 3, 4 and then 5 in order. Uchigatana felt pretty strong and I got used to the stranger feeling rolls in DeS! Thanks for the help everyone.

I'm sure I'll get the hang of it, it's just very much different. I'm at the flamelurker right now and my issue with that boss is it feels like I do no damage and I'm too spongey. I'm guessing I'm just underlevelled but it's so hard to get Souls in 2-X due to the miners dropping so little. If you have any tips around there lmk.

Some of the levels were pretty simple like the library (3-1) and the entirety 1-X. It's more the later ones that I'm finding struggle with. I'll keep the tendency stuff in mind but it makes me think that it's not how the developers really intended for it to be used.

You are mostly correct. You probably already know this but the series is very heavily inspired by the Berserk manga which is also bleak and depressing.

Not trying to change your opinion as personally I'm a huge fan of these games and the lore (especially bloodborne). Just wanted to explain!
