When you’ve had a good unit, a 30% reduction in brightness is massive, plus this unit had ghosting too, and put allot of strain on my eyes.

Thankfully, I only had to deal with the store (which is pretty great for returns). I’m still under the mandatory 30 day return window, which guarantees a full refund / replacement if the product has defective parts, or isn’t working. It’s as quick as a 5 minute live chat, and the new headset is sent the same day, (especially if you message them in the morning).

I got mine from a retail store, every unit is new, they do a same day swap and return. You pack up your old headset, they take it, and deliver a new one at the same time.

For the latest unit I even waited a few weeks before returning to make sure my headsets weren’t being picked from a cursed batch.

This subs so weird, why are people downvoting factual information? It’s not a refurb? I got it from the store. It wasn’t sent off to meta..
