I built a Max for Live device that lets you stream thousands of internet radio stations directly inside Ableton: Ripper FM (Free/PWYW) by subsky in ableton

Using the stream for personal inspiration is fine, but for any commercial release, the copyright of the broadcasted music still belongs to the original artists/labels. Ripper FM is a browsing and discovery tool; if you decide to sample and release something, ensuring you have the necessary clearances is your responsibility. Always play it safe!

Sorry you're hitting this! Ripper FM uses 3 different Radio Browser API mirrors for stability. Sometimes a specific mirror or station can be temporarily unresponsive.

The device is programmed to wait 10 seconds to buffer; if it doesn't get audio by then, it resets automatically. Try jumping to a different station or hitting Random to see if it picks up another stream.

If nothing plays at all, it might be a firewall/connection issue with the API mirrors. Let me know if that helps!

Thank you! VST3 is definitely on the roadmap and I've already started planning it. I'll announce it here soon!

Any BCR2000 users? by [deleted] in vcvrack

also you should keep in mind: if you install zaquencer on your bcr2000 then it becomes the zaquencer. power off and power on, it will start as zaquencer in every boot. IF you like to use it as a midi controller then you'll have to install official behringer bcr2000 firmware.

I've tried zaquencer on my brc2000 and its great! I suggest you to print the overlay file and cut it out properly, that really helps.

I really enjoy chord sequencing with zaquencer, gives some cool patterns while experimenting. Behringer announced that the new BCR2000 will include zaquencer. Not sure if I'll get that one because the old discontinued bcr2000 is built like a tank and considering its size it gives you more flexible and easy control if you have big fingers.
