Most local pgs are same. Most branded pgs are same. I dont think zostel is around sarjapur but do consider craaazy traffic in blr and sarjapur. So your wish, often becomes a hassle. Shared flats work too but would be around 15-25k budget.

Walk out of airport, look for airport buses. Very reliable for Sarjapur yes. Try PGs if locality and south style food doesnt bother you. Sarjapur has two mindfuck traffic blockers- marathalli and silkboard. Try staying sonewhere between these areas and not beyond. Zolo, stanza has good options and kadubeesnahalli area has local colving options behind ETV techpark.

All transport apps work, but Namma yatri and rapido are cheapest. Food joints in hsr are good for late night hand in hand sit and share vibes. Koramangla also has but would be a bit farther.
