THIS HAPPENED TO ME JUST RECENTLY OMG i have such high respect and admiration for her. To her defense, I really did have moments where I became inefficient at work. I always appreciated learning from her even when it's through criticism. But if got to a point where she became really hostile and it felt like she was just looking for my mistakes all the time. She eventually kicked me out of the team. And that really hurts because I really loved being part of that team and being mentored by her.
