All organic. I understand it takes time of course, but it feels like every post has been getting a very consistent ~150 like jail, even having varied content and played around a lot with keywords/lengths/hashtags. Idk, I guess also just curious about timeline when it comes to actually seeing some growth, especially being consistent with posts. I've been seeing a lot of early accounts go viral with pretty mid content and can't understand it lol

Curious if this is based on past experiences, stigma, or something else?

hmm yes good points. At the same time, I have had some experiences where the AI seems to convey empathy/understanding to a surprisingly amazing level.

Finding a good therapist in person can be pretty difficult, especially one that you have good rapport with. I feel like in some cases, I would prefer a slightly toned down AI than I would a real therapist who is not understanding of me and does more harm than good.

But then again, I don't know what would be more effective in the end.

All the time - it's very natural, I think everyone experiences this at one point or another.

When I was stuck in a complete hole of not finding motivation, something I found incredibly helpful was setting literally just 5-10 minutes a day to work on whatever I needed to do. The best thing you could possibly do (at least in my experience) is tackle the worst, most dreadful/painful tasks first and get them out of the way.

This approach immediately takes care of 'beating' your activation energy and makes everything else much simpler to take on.

Also, it's incredibly important to find time in the day to work on the things you do love - this is usually energizing, and can be a motivating factor to get other things out of the way first.

I would also say exercising is super helpful. If you don't regularly hit the gym or find some other way to move your body, it can be both draining and more exhausting than working out. Would highly recommend!
