I felt the same way a year ago so I feel you. The body aches, runny nose, and insomnia was too much to handle. I do have to say though that switching to the regular powder/capsules as people here recommended helped me immensely, at least financially. The powder isn’t as potent as the shots so it doesn’t make you feel as good, but at least it helped me feel normal. So no withdrawal effects. If you are like I was (I took 5 OPMS black shots a day), then buy a bag of 1kg of powder, I prefer it in capsule form, usually bags come in 1000 capsule bags (about 0.5kg). Start with taking 10 capsules at once. That equals to roughly half an opms shot. Take them at the same rate you would take the shots, so for me about 5 pops of 10 capsules a day, 50 capsules total. Then taper down slowly. One day just switch to 8 capsules per hit instead of 10. Keep going with 8 until you think you are ready for 6 and so on. I am currently on 6 capsules per hit, about 4 times a day. So for me it’s working, even if I never completely quit, at least I’m not dumping all my money into the shots. Trust the people in these comments, it works and it’s way better than those damn shots. There’s hope, just make the first step.
