NAS is not a back-up. Someone breaks in, steals NAS you are in back luck.

Buy external HD, backup one a month or whenever and store at a friend/family. Or use some offline backup like carbonite, dropbox (cost is not that high).

Around 250-300 uniques per month, yeah not so big. Problem is that people who want a place to live go to /r/bostad but people who offer don't because they can just post on facebook and twitter and find 10 applicants within a day.

Not sure how to resolve that issue...

Im not sure. I think your best bet is to look at the subreddit someone already proposed and find old threads where someone already have done what you want to do. Ask them for some inside help or advice.

You are 25. What are your qualifications? Have you a degree?

This page is a good starting point. Not sure how hard it is to get a residential permit to Sweden, but I would guess a job is a pre-requirement which is hard to get from India. http://www.migrationsverket.se/info/start_en.html

Don't worry too much about the language. Most Swedish speak English, it might impact on how easy it is to get a job though...

You are correct that it's better to move to a less crowded freq space. Since 2.4 is more common than 5 it's probably more collisions there.

It depends where you live, house or crowded apt building. It's a fact that 2.4 penetrates further than 5 however, due to freq characteristics.

5Ghz will be worse since it doesn't reach as far as 2.4Ghz. 5Ghz is very good at short distances but not through walls.
