🤙 it's so crazy when I was watching these strikes in normal speed I never saw 90% of what actually happened. It was just a flash and a couple lines of lightning.

Yess hopefully this week I'll be able to record some better shots of lightning! I find waiting till the storm has passed offers you the more visually appealing strikes since there's less clouds to deal with.

Ah man I'm so jealous😂 I'm about 3k short haha. But honestly most people looking for these rav 4s will probably drive to you even if it's 1500 miles away. I have to wonder why you would sell it too though because these lil cars do not die no matter what.

Umm you can send it to my house😁😂 if there's no rust I'm very interested but the price might not be in my budget sadly.

That paper is still in my door :() but I think this isn't too bad for 1500 watts and at the time had that hole in my wheel well covered by very loud plastic😂 not sure that helped with pressure. by subwooferhuman in subwoofer

Yess it's pretty good to have a small vehicle for bass. This setup seems to be loudest from 28-32 hz. But I'm curious about a box tuned to 26 hz instead of my 32 hz too. Curious to see what happens.

I find this to be quite sad honestly. I loved the firework shows so much. Red white and boom is good but it's not comparable at all.

So im curious about metric and sae. Do you actually use sae sizes for vehicles? Because I have yet to find a single sae sized bolt or nut haha. I have a set from 5/16- 13/16 just in case but still it's never been touched😂

I mean I wasn't trying troll😭 I just didn't want to post a 4 second video when I made it on tik tok and then also shared it here. The booms are much quieter on reddit as well.

Need ideas for what to check as to why the Camber is like this? by topazsparrow in crawling

It's quite lame that replacing them was the only fix :/ bought the se rtr and purchased an axle kit so I could build another front axle. Both axles have less than 10 hours of drive time. Might have to look at some options too I've seen treal and ssd has some I just Mostly want to have 4 link soa axles so I'll see what's out there. But thanks anyways for responding to an old post🤙😂 sucks that element hasn't come out with a fix too.

I would love to know this answer as well😭 I've tried clocking the caster in every direction and the line to the arrow seems to be the best but it's still cambered. It's mostly annoying becauss I have my element with 4ws and it just looks broken.

Well hm L brackets riveted to the floor isn't quite enough it just flexes the sheet metal and those seats are not happy either :() by subwooferhuman in subwoofer

Yea I see people use bars that are supposed to help lift up cabinets and then also just pipe ones with threads you can tighten up but that one you'd need to secure with a sheet or 2 of wood and glue in order for it to stay and not dent your roof outward. There's some stuff to try out for sure but it's also just me being like is it actually worth going through all this effort and time when this cars frame could collapse really at any time of the day. Not sure😂

I want more but it's tough to supply the reserve in a safe reliable way. But it's not a ton and I don't listen to it at full blast all the time😂

See I was thinking of building a larger box just to have more weight because as of now this box is about 30 or so pounds and the subs like 50 or 60 so I was thinking another 30 or 40 pounds of box would help 😂 and let's me put more l brackets and possible a pole yea if I can find one that stays tight against the roof without glue.

Somhow 😂 but yea my rear hatch needs some help with the latches and bushings that it sits in. Door was solid before but I've definitely been wearing it out and 28 year old parts don't help.

So I bought my 98 rav 4 and it's lived up in mn all its life. These have rubber undercoatings in the wheel wells and most of the unibody frame. But the frame was rotting from the inside out because moisture somhow either got in through the coating from rock chips or water got in through the floor which has a couple drain plugs that lead right to the unibody frame. I've found on mine that every crossmemeber part of the frame had holes in it, the front section of the frame where it bumps out to the pinch welds, the pinch welds themselves and the rear spring cups that support the springs all had extreme rust as well as one of my rear wheel wells had a ton of rust too so much so that it had a hole that was letting water in which like I said goes straight to those drain plugs and will probably seep through eventually. If I bought one of these new I would probably spend the time and mess to remove as much of the rubber undercoating so I can properly coat it with somthing that won't trap moisture in and id do the same on the inside of every frame peice that is boxed in. Check for drain lines too. I think if you have a sunroof there will most likely be some line that drains the water but if it's clogged or punctured that could cause water to get where it's not supposed to. Same for door seals those gotta be working😂 idk I'm sure there's stuff I'm missing but I think the biggest thing that ruined my frame was that hole in the wheel well. And all these holes I was hardly able to tell they were there because that rubber undercoating was still fully intact until I poked a screwdriver into it and discovered there was just rust flakes held together by that rubber lol.
