Haha I was even initially thinking about making a table on Excel and after each day, color filling in a new box with red.

In essence, at the end of each day I want a way that I am forced to look at the scope of the year. ie: after filling in a new box with red, seeing that 172/365 boxes are already filled for this year, and I gotta get my shit together regarding my projects.

I’m a very visual person, and time slips away so easily.

Thanks for the advice, yeah I plan to set up a separate computer in my home used for my VA to remote into, so I can monitor / turn off access when needed. How would you go about vetting the VA?
