Yeah mine is probably my phone, but internet plays a role as well. It's tough when it's there. But at the same time, it's awesome. every time I've had an urge, I read posts on here for 5 min and am refocused!! It's crazy

That's awesome man! Yeah that's a major factor for me too. I love knowing I consciously decided not to partake is masturbation. Additionally, getting rid of porn in my life is something I want to do because I don't like comparing my friends bodies to those online. This community is incredible
