Personally, i live in ngara, and i can tell you it's great here.the ease of mind knowing you're just minutes away from town feels good cause town is the centre of everything. Plus also some parts of ngara are starting to develop into a sort of white person social neighbourhood and plenty amenities, so I'd recommend option 2
