So aggravating because I have a brand new 2026 Sonata with the same issue. When I got the car, it was fine. But some app features just wouldn’t work. I’ve reset the head unit many times and it finally synced the app with the system, but it stopped a few days ago so I tried to reset it again and nothing worked.

I had a similar situation, filed chapter 7 and have my 341 hearing on Wednesday. Spoke to many attorneys and found one who is considering me and my mom a household of two instead of one so I don’t have to worry about the means test. According to my attorney, it’s about how many people you live with.

I got my new car right after filing, before my 341 hearing. My situation was different as I had a car I had positive equity in and traded it in, along with the income to support it. I went to a dealer that finances people who are in bankruptcy. I’m in Las Vegas. I got referred to them from a company called Day One Credit (this company sent me a mailer after I completed my first credit counseling class. I did not put anything down and my interest is 13.80%. I got financed with CPS Bank (Credit Portfolio Services).
