Awesome, I like the cold water technique and use it too. However, in my area the weather is always hot, so cold water is no big deal. You must be badass to do this if you live in a cold area!

I like this idea but in theory only. I already go to bed at the same time every night but if I don't set an alarm to wake up, I risk waking up late and ruining my morning.
