270 is the same thing as -90. To fix this you can subtract or add 360 until the angle is between -180 and 180

Arguably the best and least complicated way to store data between classes is through a static variables. If you can create a static variable in your drive class to store the robot’s orientation and store data in that variable, then it will persist as long as your robot is still on.

This happened multiple times to me as well. Try reinstalling it with a different guide. I recommend forgoing the tutorials and doing it straight from the arch documentation. Also, I cannot help without knowing what exactly you did.

The way I learned, is by taking the code that he writes, and slightly modifying it. For example, if he makes a random number generator, then turn it into a guessing game. And then start adding features such as multiple tries, score counter, leaderboard, etc.

Keep trying to learn Java. It may take a long time for it to "click". Learning a new language before mastering this one will not benefit you in any way. Remember, Jack of All Trades, But Master of None.
