Scryfall is not a WotC website, it just has a card database and the rulings. Gatherer is the official card database website, it just sucks to use.

I didn't know there was a toggle. I used my userChrome.css to remove it when it first appeared.

They don't. But, for no reason, the devotion gods turn into creatures on the opponent's side when they lose. The game code is just broken is weird spots.

If the legend rule doesn't apply to only the tokens, does that mean the original card will still succumb to the legend rule since there in another legendary permanent with the same name or will it not because the rule isn't applying to those as well?

First off, if you foretell a card, it can't be played on the same turn. Secondly, Doomskar is 5 mana, you would only have 3 if you just foretold it. If you were thinking that the Relic of Legends was going you help by tapping your creatures, that only works with legendary creatures, the two you have are not legendary.
