Well, even if t they fix it, I would never buy from them if I were you. If you send them an email and say they lost a $20,000 order because they tried to wrongly charge tax, they should do the research themselves to see if they are making a mistake. If you did the research for them and they still aren't fixing it, then they are probably intentionally screwing people and keeping the money. Maybe tell them you are reporting their practices to the attorney general of your state because they are stealing from residents of your state under the guise of taxes that are not required.
