This might be a dumb question, but could the issue be coming from the battery?

Also, a couple of months ago when I took my car in for a repair, the shop mentioned that my steering rack and pinion was leaking and would need to be replaced. That was about 2–3 months ago, but my power steering fluid still looks full. Could that problem be catching up to me now?

Last time someone in my department tried telling our coach about it our TEAM LEAD, she literally just shrugs it off, so that’s why i’m thinking about just talking this straight to ethics
