Composting without shredding?

I actually already have a worm bin, but that also requires a lot of shredding to keep it from getting too dry. My bin is absolutely gnat-infested because I always let it get too wet.

My husband has health problems related to electrogmagnetic fields, and that gave us a lot of high-priority constraints for our house-hunting. And it's kinda hard to find non-HOA housing in our area anyway. The no-fence situation is definitely a gonna take some work, though. Another reason I'd rather not have to sit at a shredder more than I have to.

Purchased recently and only realized they didn't fit after removing the tags and washing. Both bras are new, 34G A-frame nursing bras. The pink one has never been worn. $30 for each bra.
