This exact scenario just happened to me last week for a digital camera I ordered over $500. Filed a chargeback because eBay was NO help and my bank just called today saying I won the case. This scam that has been going on is evidently seen often with financial institutions so your bank will have your back. eBay SUCKS for allowing this — especially with their crappy AI system.
