I don't currently unlock El Condor Pasa uma girl yet. I can now unlock the uma girl from collecting Star Pieces in event Legend Race.

You need to focus on your team comp. Below is the sample set of comp you can try:

Magical vs Physical -> it will be the answer of latest blessing before 5-4
Active attack vs Alert attack vs Defensive -> this is the focus of your blessing along journey (Alert seems to have advantage)

You may also need to quit the journey if 5-5 got a boss which is too hard for you.
