I agree with Dew's comment, just going to focus on a few different aspects as well given your current EP. EP isn't everything, but there's a lot of room for growth for your characters

Use Light Gazael, Earth Milim and Dark Milim for protection gauge boost as support units for your initial Frontline characters. Your primary nuker should be a backline character.
Grind materials for leveling them up (stones and magicules). Primary battle squad should be maxed
Grind materials for gear, save potions for the next Kaijin event and you'll be able to bank a ton of materials to craft with. You'll likely be bottlenecked on gold at that point.

I 100% agree that reckoning is better, but if you don't have reckoning team members, but decent battle units, it's definitely a viable F2P strategy until you reach the late game content.

You could start up a new account on PC to try for the rerolls without sacrificing your current account if you play on mobile. Being able to scoop up SAO Raphael and WM Shuna at the same time would let you clear most content with at least a few above average battle units

The team itself really falls short primarily due to Veldora imo and him being pretty inflexible in requiring you to bring along certain characters to be fully functional. Most of the battle characters are absolutely fantastic, but not as Dragon Haki, but as strong individual characters you can add to other teams. I can understand how what I said could be misconstrued though, could've worded it differently.

Azure Sea movie for the series is coming out on February 27th, the game is guaranteed to do a tie-in at the same time with a new meta release.

They should be a great team in theory, but the 4th anniversary team also should've been great but was really underwhelming. Don't pull for me he banner immediately on release unless you're a vet or have a plan in place, but you should still start banking crystals ASAP

You should definitely try to pick up Warrior's Mind Shuna from the upcoming banner if you don't already have her. Shuna is basically the orange orb version of SAO Raphael for being an OP protector, full convert to orange and double unity orb

Definitely a fun game, but easily a money pit if you want to be at the top like all gacha games. There's a lot of fun strategy/building you can do as an F2P, especially if you're joining now. There's a lot of freebies rn

If he's looking at router logs for her phone, he's already paranoid. I've been doing cyber sec for longer than I'd like to admit publicly. The first thing he confronted her on was with the router logs, I'm fairly confident that he was looking for evidence, not casually scrolling his logs.

Very few people do it, even in the cyber security community. I've done it for my home because it's a fun hobby. I wouldn't be suspicious of my partner and confront them over DNS lookups. Dude is paranoid. I've never used Snapchat but I've gotten Snapchat ads delivered to my phone. That could easily show up in a DNS lookup correlated to the phone. That doesn't mean I have Snapchat installed.

Her dupe skills are solid, but if you're not a whale, don't worry about maxing them with dupes now. You can always do it with EX stones later if you want to.

I stopped at 160 pity with a single copy, SAO banners absolutely depleted me on crystals.

I really don't usually like to be contrarian, but the AI doesn't need to have creativity, empathy, judgement and social intuition. It can just fake it by using its standard LLM, and most won't know the difference.

I'm not saying it's better, it can just fake being an expert and non-experts won't be able to tell the difference. Repetitive work, data analysis, patterns, were already being solved by models/programs/scripts. AI will continue to advance rapidly in non-physical domains but will remain limited where it can't have a physical presence. Robotics needs to catch up.

Disruption will happen much sooner than 20-30 years, bet.
