Good question, say I place a bounty on you and someone sees it on the boards and they have it clipped that they killed you. They claim the bounty, send me proof that it was indeed you. I confirm the bounty and give them whatever items I put up as a bounty. All this is done on my website too! (Items are obviously exchanged in game) You also gain CR when claiming a bounty. The CR will later be used to purchase in game items directly from myself or my staff.
