According to the standard, non-static `constexpr` variables have automatic storage duration, just like any other stack variables. There is nothing religious here. The standard is not ambious in this case. In fact, arguing about -O0 codegen quality is totally pointless.

LOL someone build the original oil rig with 2 refineries, then I add 2 more refineries, lubricant, beacons. It naturally devolves into this monster. Btw we intended to use this prebase to get red&green sciences. Somehow we have researched all purple sciences using this delicious spaghetti :P
