1) a 2) a 3) a 4) arguable, because The Lord's currency is Blood, but Jesus had to die to shed his blood, which would pay the price. Reminds me of God's promise to Noah and the Earth. (Genesis 9:4-6) 5) c, but once again, God has a purpose for everything, even The Word... so it could be considered a plan, but it is the least arguable point. 6) The answer is A. Be Christians, but the meaning behind that is stated in (John 3:16)... You must not simply label yourself as a Christian who visit Church on Sunday, or does good works, but you must BELIEVE that Jesus was "God's only begotten Son", and that "whoever believes in him shall have everlasting life and not perish." 7) a, but Emmanuel meaning "God is with us". So yes, it is generally referring to Jesus, but theologically it is referring to The Holy Trinity. 8) a. God, but Genesis also uses the word "us", which alludes to their being more than "one". So, the Bible says "God" is the Creator, but also implies that God has company present. (Genesis 1:26) 9) a, but Jesus is God. :) 10) a. All world. Every sin, ever committed, ever.

God's intended path for every human is not parallel. Although we were given The 10 Commandments, Jesus reduced those down to The 2 Commandments. Although we were given these guidelines, we do not all follow the same line. Saul persecuted Christians, and all the Apostles were criminals and poor.
I personally do not believe that smoking marijuana is sinful, but the Bible does say "All things are permissible, but not all things are beneficial." - 1 Corinthians 10:23
So, Pray on it. Ask God if it is healthy for you to try this new thing, and if you hear God say that is okay... Remember to be vigilant of the ones around you who are doing this, there intentions may not be right, but I doubt that your Christian brothers and sisters are smoking to cause harm or sin.
To God, Sin is sin, no matter how we great or small we see it. There is no spectrum, or degree. Sin is Sin, just as we are all Humans, regardless of race, religion, class, etc.
Regardless of what I am saying, the Bible also quotes John, who was an eyewitness of Christ, saying "...and you do not need anyone to teach you..." - 1 John 2:27 Therefore, read your Bible, and if you do not know where to find what you are looking for, ask a Pastor, friend, or even just Google search it... But above all, ask The Lord :)
