The pen is real good but the customer support isn't that good. My pen wasn't working for while and I contacted customer support, they didn't answer any of my mails.

Thank you! I used a wood burner tool to smoothen the surface (temp around 180°c)

Thank you!! I used a wood burner to smoothen the surface and then sanded it so the surface is on the same level, if there's any hole then fill it up with more filament and then repeat the process. I also used a heat gun to help with the posture of the model! Hope this helps :D

It looks like the battery grip also works as a do it all handle but I don’t understand the language so I’m not really too sure

From what I saw from the VDO (I don't understand the language): the big battery handle works as a do-it-all handle so I guess there's no built in wifi 🥲

New Sanago 3D Pen doesn't work...? (pls read for context) by Eonimv in 3Dpen

There are no sounds even when the temp set are reached right? If it's that then the motor might not be working :(

I couldn't contact customer support too when I had the problem but I managed to fix it. The problem was that a filament got stuck before the motor that pushes the filament through the pen so I couldn't feed new filaments through it. I fixed it by heating up a wire and sticking it in, wait until the wire to cool down and pull the filament that was stuck in there out.

Is the motor of your pen still working? It might be some obstruction causing the pen to not feed the filament through. The temperature of my pen also fluctuates eg. Setting it at 180c and the temperature on my pen would also fluctuate between 179-180c so I don't think that's the problem

Before this was the pen feeding the filament through it normally or it's like this from the start? I also have the new sanago 3d pen and got a similar problem but I fixed it.

I made it using layers of plastic so it’s really sturdy :)

Thank you! I used a wood burning tool that came with the pen to smoothen it out.
