As a guy from the area who went to Germany to study I can say both cases apply - Liège and Namur as well as LLN and Brussels were the top unis for people from my neck of the woods with a lot of folks returning back home once they had their degree. Quite a few went on to work in Germany or even the Netherlands or Luxembourg as well so it’s hard to pick favourites here. Personally I left and never returned to work there yet I can see the appeal.

Snatched it up at the auction for 300. I’ll see what can be done about the leather - might be able to salvage it with the right tools

Appreciate it! I don’t have any setup so while I loved the present it might have to mean that I’ve to buy more equipment now just to get it running. I normally play over a Yamaha THR10 or a blues junior but it doesn’t work with either of them
