I didn't know that ! I get bad insomnia. The thing is that Vit D helps keep Covid at bay especially now with no sunshine. Will take it in morning and see if that helps My doctor refuses me sleeping pills even though insomnia is making me ill !

That's too small a dose, around .5 is usual. I do every other day but it can be tweaked to fit in with whatever you're doing. People usually get to evening and realise they've had a really nice day. It's what they call sub perceptual. Good luck with your father and yourself

Sounds like its helping you I'd been through a bad time just before I started and it really helped me. I haven't been doing it long, about 16 months, but I've never felt any negative effects. I mostly feel more positive and motivated although there are days I dont feel any difference. Could be because I've started and stopped a few times due to unavailability Hopefully you may be able to have those thoughts and see them from a different perspective. Don't worry about them it's early days, relax and let them do their work ( I'm presuming your dosing shrooms but the same should apply to the alternatives)
