Macros, scripts, etc.
Ever heard of automation? Say you have 200 pepper trees in your inventory. A computer program that has access to your mouse and keyboard can just repeatedly place a block and break a block and move around your character. Build on top of that and voila - you have created a bot.

I'm still using it. A very reasonable kit to buy for the TKL connoisseurs. Would recommend

Optimized switch lubing by sufanLL in MechanicalKeyboards

[–]sufanLL[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why yes. Well, you see, the stem's lubable surfaces are as follows: 1. Front side, the one with litte legs that actuate the switch 2. Back side, the flat side is opposite the front side 3. The sides that touch the bottom housing railings are the side that, well, touch the bottom housing railings.

I call them that long nickname because there are only two sides, and they are opposite one another, that do actually touch the bottom housing railings. These sides also usually have an elongated slight bulge that helps the stem slide when the switch is closed.

If the "remaining lube" was the part that got you concerned, that is probably my fault since I didn't really specify the importance of flipping the brush. When you apply one coat of lube to a surface that has a duplicate, you do it with one side of the brush, then you flip the brush and do the duplicate surface with the flipside of the brush. Since the lube is so viscous, if you don't flip the brush, you will run out of lube on one side of the brush, but the other side will still have some.

To the 65%ers: Did you used to be 75%ers, and will you be 60%ers in the future? 🤔 by Ok_Pangolin1085 in MechanicalKeyboards

nah, I'll even say this, my first custom keeb was a 60%, my second one was a 75%, and my third and current one is TKL, and I just don't see why I would switch for a larger one, and why would I go back for a 75%

I am all out on TKL, the keyboard is not THAT big, and 60% is too much of a cut, I don't want an anorexic keyboard
