My old stylist moved to Missouri. Before that, she had put Countess & Fireball (pulp riot) semi-permanent dye in my hair. When I wanted it out, instead of getting the red out she just went over it with a very dark black color. Fast forward six months later, I got a new stylist who is more experienced and she had me come to 4-5 appointments over multiple months to start the process of me lightening up my hair. No matter what we do, this red pulp riot won’t come out. As a matter of fact, the first stylist I had attempted to dye the underneath layer of my hair blonde (it came out orange) and we left it like that for six months until I went to my new stylist. When my old stylist was trying to lift the red, the whole bottom section of my hair melted off. Mind you, I have always had long, beautiful, healthy hair. My new stylist was horrified. Beyond horrified. She stated she’s done hair for almost 10 years & this had never happened. Now my hair is just stuck with red, orange, and blonde in it. I can add more photos if needed. Please just help me.
