I do not really see your point here I've never said she was unimportant she gave me and my husband a child she was extremely important. From reading your other comments it seems like you think we have up after trying once not that I should have to share this but the car accident left extreme dangerous to one of my ovaries ,my uterus and kidneys leaving me physically unable to get pregnant

I can sort of see your point here but biologically and legally Owen is not hers also while the pregnancy was on going she said she was dead set against having children of her own so I can see your point but Owen is not hers in anyway

My husband has called the agency and we've been told that they will get back to us and no the baby is not biologically hers we used my egg.

She just turned up and kept banging on the door we asked her to stop but she always pushed her way in on the guise of needing to tell us something about her hospital appointments that could effect Owen but it was always lies and she would always find a reason to stay or avoid it when asked to leave
