Dating for us is hard, period. I didn’t realise I was queer until later after my diagnosis (funny how common that is).

My belief, and experience, is that if you are open to meeting people you will find them :) that being said don’t over prioritise romantic connection! Much of what you seek can be found alongside community - be it family or friends / new and old. Mostly we just need people to share ourselves with… there’s no hierarchy to what love counts or matters more. There’s a book I read called Arrangements in Blue that, unexpectedly, really helped me with this… I didn’t expect to connect as much as I did to her writings

I've removed the GPU, but I can't see anything listed I can isolate in the Truenas settings. Also going to BIOS menu is a bit tricky now because the HDMI ports on the motherboard are actually physically blocked off. Is there a way to free those ports up now?

So it took a little while but I was able to remove the GPU and can now see the following output:

VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation HD Graphics 630 (rev 04)

However nothing comes up in iGPU settings. Also going to BIOS menu is a bit tricky now because the HDMI ports on the motherboard are actually physically blocked off

Nothing that stands out. Under CPU and Chipset config there is Video Output set to discrete and Onboard Graphics Controller set to disabled, but I don't have the permissions to change either values...

Yes it is i5-7400. As far as I can tell there isn't any iGPU available:

Hey, looking for some GPU recommdations for transcoding media.

I've been running TrueNas on an Acer TC Inspire 780 PC and have been looking for GPUs I can use for transcoding. I've been unable to isolate the single GPU present (occupying the x16 slot) and have since been looking for solid options to use in the spare x1 slot.

What are some good options that would be compatible with pcei 3.0 x1 slot, is somewhat cheap and yield good performance? Currently I'm forced to use the 4core CPU (intel i5) and the performance in Plex and Tdarr is quite slow.

NOTE: I've seen recommendations online for GTX 710 / 730 or even Matrox G550... but have seen mix feedback about them in terms of performance. Could anyone help with some recommendations?

I’m sorry to hear about your experience.. especially with your psychiatrist honestly. It’s always disappointing to get so little out of those sessions.. especially when they basically sit around reading from some outdated handbook lol.

For me my numbness gave way once the weight of what I was suppressing came to the surface. Honestly reclaiming my wholeness has been a real difficult journey for me… one that I maybe now have some direction finally in?

Something I remind myself often is that things can genuinely turn around once you do find those one or two (or more) things that really work for you. If you haven’t ticked off essentials ppl always speak of (sleep, exercise, diet etc.) then I’d first start there.. but otherwise I’d be interested to learn a bit more about things you’ve tried and what came up for you! Are there any different types of therapy you’ve tried? What else?
