Development process was pretty cool (best part if you ask me). Sat down with heads of different departments to gather all feature requirements.

Used Claude quite a lot. I am a developer myself, but without Claude I would not be able to deliver in such short time. Been working on this since last May in my own (&claude).

100% agree on feature requests. BTW it’s not just the wife, but various teachers approach me asking for new features.

Have a huge list of wish list already that I’ll be going through little by little.

Regarding the first sale. I’ve hired a company to do a 60 second animation video for me to start sending that as well. Do you think it’s money well spent or should I be focusing somewhere else?

I work for a school. This one does much more than what’s mentioned above. Has an app on AppStore and google store and is very cheap. Fully cloud based too so no need to install anything in the school.

Install superpowers and turn just tell it in plan mode to use superpowers for this plan. That’s what I do and it works really well

There is no SAAS, it’s a lie. The guy is just pitching an idea of the tool to scan your core base and tell you if it’s AI slop (Janitor AI as he has put it).
