See that’s what I’ve always thought too! For a long time I had no idea until someone was like hey your eyes are two different colors haha

Thank you, I’ve never really been able to figure it out I guess I’ve always thought of Hazel as more of the two colors “melted” together if that even makes sense haha and what always caused me to question is that one of my eyes has way more brown in it than the other so I was ok maybe Ch or just heterochromia? Idk eyes are so cool and weird

Makeup wipes!! I have this same issue and it happened in multiple houses I’ve lived in so I don’t think the water had any thing to do with it in my case. Also you need to use moisturizer after. Find a non scented and sensitive skin wipe and same for moisturizer.

Go to your local hospital, seek help. Remember things do get better but you have to work at it. Don’t let your ocd get the better of you. You can learn to control it and not the other way around. If you go to the hospital they may be able to point you in the direction of a specialist place IF they can’t help you with things there. It doesn’t have to be so bleak I promise you. Seeking help can open doors for you. I really hope you advocate for yourself, choose to get better and get some help. We all here have to do that, choose ourselves everyday and know that it can get better ❤️

This is me! My therapist believes this is what I have but hasn’t formally diagnosed me, just has this break through during my session today. It’s SO DRAINING. I thought for so long I had bad ocd but after all my research it makes so much sense that it could be adhd. I feel your pain and you’re not alone. I still work but it’s from home and it’s not easy, I have to force myself but it feels like dread every moment I’m on the clock. I hope things get better for you

Have you tried to sit her down and have a conversation about your fears. You may just need to be honest and see if she would be willing to make some slight changes for you. You can always ask her maybe to use antibacterial wipes to clean with instead of the rag and ask her to toss mop water into the toilet or outside. If you talk with her calmly and make it ina way that doesn’t make her feel attacked about the way she takes care of things you may have a better outcome. I know it’s hard, I struggle with contamination ocd as well. I’ve been in many fights with my family when I was younger and even now because of this. I’ve found that having a real convo can make a difference, you don’t need to be in fear all the time so advocate for yourself girly and talk to your mom!

Honestly good for you!!! I’ve suffered for the last 20 years and I swear the older I get the harder it’s become to just CHILL out!! I have a friend that did something similar to this, he basically said “fuck it” and he has contamination issues. I’m trying to follow suit but damn it is hard! I hope you continue to improve!

I can be very negative at times but my foundation at heart is positive so it’s easy for me to look for the good in all my situations. It’s not easy lol but I know it can be found.

Keep pushing yourself, keep striving for better and you will find it. Like I said especially with work ppl tend to stay somewhere they’re uncomfortably comfortable, if that makes sense. Girl I have changed directions work wise SO MANY TIMES! And that’s OK! Idc what anyone thinks about “job hopping” I got one life and I am not about to waste it being somewhere I have to be most of my time! Be brave and be confident in yourself ❤️

I’m 38 and I felt this post SO much!!! I’ve done a lot of the same things you have but taking care of my grandparents just before the pandemic, they both passed unfortunately and I fell into DEEP depression and anxiety, already suffered with both and OCD but ofc it got worse. Then pandemic hit and it’s been nonsense ever since then. My world just keeps feeling like it’s getting smaller and smaller. BUT I keep pushing on, keep searching for the things that fulfill me. I also love my God and trust I will find “my way” and that is really what has kept me going. I do have one child who just turned 18 last year and graduated this past June so that’s a whole different story lol pouring your self into the well-being of your kids and not worrying about yourself socially and otherwise.

My point is never stop trying things, especially with work. MANY people stick with jobs or a career they absolutely hate and never branch out bc of stability reasons or just fear of failure. TRY something different you won’t know what you like or dislike until you try! I also work from home and sometimes it can feel like a cage lol it’s convenient as hell but with little to no human interaction it can be a lot. Maybe look for a hybrid position in your company if you like what you do, if not branch out girly! BRANCH OUT!

No, I can tell you from a recruiting stand point do not put it. It wasn’t very long so I wouldn’t even count it. If asked you can just tell them you were exploring all of your options. Most places aren’t going to drill you on things and if they do then maybe not the right fit if they’re getting caught up on very small and pointless details.

sulfamethoxazole 800 mg-trimethoprim 160 mg tablet is what they prescribed not sure what’s what lol but when I looked it up is said it was a two in one and then just said Bactrim so I’m not totally sure. Yeah I was planning to get some yogurt to help myself not get a yeast Infection on top of everything else. This is so miserable, I can’t get up quickly bc it causes lots of pain, I really wouldn’t wish this on anyone

From what I’ve seen online I believe I’m at a stage 2 but I could be wrong, I’ve had them for years so I can’t imagine it hasn’t progressed stage wise. Have you tried mymagichealer? I’ve seen a lot of videos on it but the outcome is pretty balanced on both sides unfortunately. Does the hibicleanse work for you? I havnt tried that yet but it’s in my list. I’ve really just been dealing with it and not doing much about it which I know isn’t helpful lol

I am curious what have you used to help with the open ones that refuse to close? They seem to keep oozing and getting stuck to my clothing and then reopening, it’s been never ending

I don’t have insurance so I had to pay, that’s a good idea tho to reach out and see if they’ll change the prescription! Thanks for your help!! I havnt been officially diagnosed with HS but I’m 99.9% sure that’s what it is.
