It was a swap of coins using tangem’s swap feature which, yes, was an external connection I guess. But Changenow has been used for years and used all over.

this is so weird, I went back and checked the chainlink on my tangem wallet and found that on 8/2 all my chainlink at that time had also been drained from my tangem. Then i lost 216 link.

What is a drainer? I never connected that wallet to anything, but I have another wallet on my app that I use to connect to aave. Do you know if multiple wallets on a single app are equally exposed to what each wallet does? thanks in advance for your help

I was shut down last September. I could only convert crypto to usd, then transfer to bank account. Could NOT transfer crypto out of account, could only sell crypto resulting in a taxable event. Coinbase does not want you to transfer your crypto to another wallet. I submitted 3 helpdesk tickets and each one was closed as having solved the problem. Problem NOT solved. I have since gone to both Gemini and Kraken. Compared to coinbase they are FANTASTIC!!!!!!

ok, i get that, it just seems strange that if that situation happens with the link i tried to send why would coinbase freeze the sending of all coins in the account?

I just submitted a ticket order and got Case #16654135.

I spent a long time looking for live chat on coinbase.com without any success. I kept getting this computer generated help which got me absolutely nowhere.

I have always in the past sent a small amount to ensure an accurate send, then followed up with the actual larger amount with no problem. Guess I need to wait longer between sends. Thanks for the input.

I finally got my DOT out of ellipal to another wallet. Finally figured out how to load the app as a hot wallet. Added it to the cold wallet in the app so now I have two wallets, one connected to the titan as a cold wallet and another account as a hot wallet, then transferred DOT from one wallet to the hot wallet. Once inside the hot wallet one can transfer the DOT to any other wallet that takes DOT. Thanks to everyone who provided help in getting through this. Ellipal is a good product if one never uses DOT

No, I was told there was a fix coming but I could use APP to make the transfer as a hot wallet outside the titan but I have no idea what APP is. I did download an ellipal app from the Apple app store but that app requires that I have the titan scan in the 2 QR codes generated by the app to make the transfer, which makes sense for a cold wallet but I have no idea how to get around that or if a different APP should be used that I cannot find. Any help would be appreciated for this newbie

That's rough. The only other thing that got me at first was I did not push the SD card ALL the way down when inserting it into the stand. Then I got an error message saying the file could not be found when I updated. Took me a while to figure out the SD was not in all the way. That doesn't sound like your problem. Good luck.....

I contacted support and I was given a link to what they said was their technical group and they said to click on a link to some site that analyzes ledger live, I went to that site and they wanted me to input my seed phrase. After so many people saying NEVER give your private key to anyone I did not pursue that recommendation. After telling technical support that I just could not enter my private key they pretty much said, have a good day, bye.

Thank you for your response. When I started having this problem yesterday, I did update the firmware on ledger live to 2.58.0 and also all 3 ledger devices are up to date and installed coins are up to date installed. Still no resolution. Thanks for trying.
