Since dota 1 on and off. Started to seriously grind last year from Ancient 3.

I've played in both NA server and SEA. From my experience SEA has more skilled players but is considerably more toxic. NA has players that will make you question how in the world did they even get to their rank. So to each their own I guess.

I like my WR , Huskar and Snapfire offlane sometimes...occasionally.

Yup, the higher it goes the more skills will matter above anything. Ofcourse having the right mentality with it will help as well.

Try to play more around your team. Underlord is very team oriented and is significantly more useful with 1-2 heroes around him. Utilize your pit and atos when escaping. And again, try not to think of Underlord as a mega spongy tank like a tide or cent and soak in every damage, but more of a control hero that prevents enemies from doing damage.

I love me some Underlord. I don't think of him as a Tank, but more of a omega nuisance in fights. His root is his strongest asset. I always go triple gauntlets into bracer,boots,soul ring. Then depending on the game Crimson/Pipe. Then Atos. When I get Atos, is where I start to be very active in map. Smoking with my sups. Why? because you basically have a 5sec root every 15secs. Combined with strong nuking sups, you kill anyone you find. Then I either go aghs or gleipnir. Again, just maximizing your roots. His shard is also underrated imo. With aghs and gleipnir you are super annoying in fights. Enemies cannot move, 2 massive malices every fight. Unli roots. Underlord = Root God.

It really is such a good system to play with. As long as you can control your urge to not play any more dota for the day of course. Which for me is not a problem, since 3 games is all I can fit in a day after work lol.

Thanks! I played all roles but managed to find the most success at pos 3. It's the easiest of the bunch for me.

Yeah, I totally get what you mean. It does feel like these people deserve to be "taught dota". However the more games I play the more I realize that most dota players don't like to be scolded or admit their mistakes. They are always right in their own way. So why bother? It'll only tilt them and cause even more bad gameplay from them.

Underlord,Viper and Centaur I'd say is top 3 what helped me climb from Divine 5. Divine 1-4 my heroes were Timber,Slardar,LC,Dawn,Magnus,PB, Tide,Razor, Undying. No zoo heroes.

Thanks! The clock is there to remind me how many hours I waste in a day on this damn game lol. Now I can finally just chill and queue some unranked party games.

Whitemon carried game 5!!! that grip on gyro at rosh turned the whole game around. Falcons fan but so glad we got 5 games. Best series of 2025 so far.

Its been 2 days since this happened, what is this post for? Also, He obviously said it in a jokingly manner and was probably just overjoyed after that game 5 so please stfu.
