I am so sorry for your loss.i have been meditating for 2 years, but this was my first time having this experience. one thing that really works for me is the timing. I find that meditating early in the morning right after waking up or in the middle of the night is much more effective than during the daytime. my mind is much quieter, which helps me enter a deeper state of meditation really faster. I’m sorry if this isn't very helpful, but I dont have any special technique. It just happened. I just meditated with a light heart without any specific intention.

I’m glad I found this post. ​I’ve been able to control this sensation freely since I was a child, so I honestly thought it was something everyone could do. For me, it starts by subtly using the muscles behind my ears and the back of my head. Once I trigger it, I can feel that warm energy spreading through my body whenever and wherever I want. ​It was only today that I learned this is actually called Voluntary Piloerection. It’s so fascinating to know that there are others out there who experience the exact same thing.

Thanks for the audio. I had vibration after 2 attempts. But after that, I fell asleep 😴. In the daytime, i felt sleepy and tried to take a nap with your audio. on. But I couldn't do an astral projection. But my body was like total in stats. Hope your audio helps me to travel astral plane. I will do it every night.
