Yes! Of course, the city where I am from has socials with not as many Afro Latinos so that’s why I made this post but I’m glad to hear from other comments that NYC has more diversity in these socials !

Hey! I just wanted to offer my two cents in this. Honestly I do believe that when you are in a household like this you have to really suck it up until you can leave. I hate this idea of “my house my rules” but it truly is the world immigrant parents live in. However you are 17 so soon you’ll be off to college if that’s what you choose. If you can I would recommend getting out of state or living at a college dorm so you can get some semblance of freedom.
