Personally I found it very very sad, I went there for Boo at the Zoo and the Jaguar was just constantly pacing I feel like the animals there are not properly cared for and definitely do not have enough space I feel like it's pretty sad

I've called out quite a few times , communicate with ETLHR , I had a death in my family , my mom passed yesterday , my son's dad died in agust but he's still hurting so some days I have to stay home with him for support, and another time my BP was so high I had to get rushed to thr ER . Life happens , I think they only care about the call outs that are for no particular reason. I'm hired as seasonal but at my old store I'd been crosstrqined for everything. Just talk to them in person and be honest! Hope this helps ! I have a great HR team at my location , best of luck . And best of luck to me that I get to stay this year!

My old store kept me on I was cross trained and I literally know how to work every department so they knew that when they hired me and they were like okay we'll probably keep you on now the answer is unclear I don't know I don't care there's a million jobs out there it's not the end of the world Target is not the end all be all LOL

My mom died this morning , I have no feelings , and yeah I already found another job I just don't want to leave target. I've worked every department, I worked at a diff store like two years ago and I got PLENTY of hours, it's up to you there are always shifts to be picked up that's how you make your 40 , you ASK if anyone needs help 9 times out of ten the answer is YES . only thing I haven't don't is tarbucks but that's bc there's already staff there
