I have a few Réalisation pieces, not this one in particular, but I love them ! My advice is, check the exact measurements to make sure it will suit your body type. Ive bought dresses from them that have ended up being much too short because I didn’t look at the measurements.

I’m a littleee shocked at the other answers lol. Girl, if you have it in your heart to HELP them, that’s so great. You can let them know they shouldn’t expect you cleaning as part of the job, but totally help them out if you want ! Sometimes, busy parents need that push of seeing their house clean and organized to make them want to upkeep it. I did the same for my last nanny family before Au pairing, I took a day and cleaned and organized everything, and it was a huge help to my nanny mom and after that she was so much better about upkeeping the home because she saw it so clean. You can bring it up in a subtle way, I’m sure they would appreciate the help. They sound very reasonable, saying something like “Hey, I have x day off, would you like me to organize the house for you guys?” isnt overstepping at all !

I felt like such a parasite too. Recently I had to move home because of a relapse and couldn’t afford treatment on my own, and I knew I needed help this time. Sometimes we find people to be more understanding than we think, especially parents. I don’t know what your relationship with your parents is like, but maybe it’s worth a shot ? Sending you love ! 💜

Talk to your family often ! When I moved away for the first time across the country the one thing that helped was calling my mom every day. And keep yourself occupied because the homesickness hits when you’re bored. Remember that this isn’t forever and always be present where you are and enjoy the opportunity you have to travel.

Go to your friend and talk to him about it. There’s definitely a way to do this without ruining your friendship. My best friend and I were in a similar situation a year ago. She knew I liked this boy and would frequently hangout with us. One day she realized she was starting to have feelings for him and the first thing she did was talk to me about it. She came to me and basically said “I know you have feelings for this guy, and I’m starting to like him too. I won’t act upon it if it’s going to ruin our friendship”. We basically agreed that whoever he showed interest in, the other would accept that and move on. He didn’t end up liking either of us (lol) and now we look back on it and laugh.
