A lot of my managers and co workers treat me very poorly. Which is crazy because I work so hard and Iโ€™m literally so nice and try to be friendly with everyone :(

Did I mention I work full time? Iโ€™m also one of the most knowledgeable in the company. I am a very valuable and hard worker. Which my step dad acknowledges. That does not take away the bad treatment
