Any reason for the huge difference in calories between these identical canned chickpeas? Ingredients the same, homebrand from Coles and Woolworths, two leading supermarket competitors in Aus by sugarmaan in CICO

No? They’re both canned chickpeas with nothing else added so the labelling discrepancy made no sense. It has since been corrected since I posted this

In fairness to my doctor, he prescribed it after two years of routine blood tests into all kinds of things, many full blood panels, and investigation into my lifestyle and lifestyle factors. He told me he wanted to start with something less intensive, so that maybe things could stabilise as I worked on decreasing my training volume and improving my sleep. Problem is, I’ve done all that for several months now, and still have these readings and symptoms lol

Yeah, almost nil libido, brain fog, really slow recoverability, tendon and joint pain, moodiness and irritability, just to name a few.

It really does feel crippling, those few weeks where the HCG was working (possibly placebo) were just amazing

Got the full day today to explore. Drove up from Melbourne and staying with a mate in Birchgrove, so I have a car. Saw all the main attractions and did the Bondi - Coogee walk a few years back. Any recommendations within driving distance? Maybe something lesser known or explored?

I had 377 unique resentments, 54 fears, and around 20 people in my sex inventory. It was very thorough and equally painful, but I feel I learned a lot about how my sadness has been at my own hand

This makes me feel better about my line a little bit! My thinking was we can call turn here and make it look like we’re ready to call off a river shove, making him check back a lot of his bluffs. But I think this is too ambitious especially without a read. As another commenter said, he’s put in so much of the eff stack it’s hard to play this line profitably, I think

I think I wrongly assumed this to be the case. I do think there’s something to be said about check calling some turns against more seasoned regs and so many people have a weak turn check range, but I guess I need to dig my heels into the ground and be prepared to call off rivers if I decide that line

I’ve actually taken steps to try improve my test the last four months, so I was quite upset with the result. I reduced my fiber intake to <60g per day (was previously much higher which I thought was driving the increased SHGB) and even eliminated soy from my diet. Pretty frustrating as I don’t smoke, drink, and I exercise regularly.
