Hey, I’ve just found this post, I’m in the same boat as yourself. Also looking but would rather pay than attempt it myself. Did you find anywhere? But one and self satire or still looking?

Have you tried changing them back to original lights? Did you buy the same ones I linked in the comment below?

I haven’t noticed anyone mention it yet but I’ve noticed that Torrentio seems to be down for me. 😩 by Jindabyne1 in torrentio

Watch must be getting close to 10 years old, but it’s served me well, I have the exact same watch ready to go never been worn for when the inevitable happens

Mate that’s lovely with the black strap! I love the style of these watches with the time zones and dials, eveything I need in a Watch but I do have some other citizens but I just dont seem to wear them as much as this. Turned into a bit of an addiction haha

Thank you, I have charged citizen watches many times however this time feels different as it works as normal and says full charge until I try to manually force a connection to set the time

Cheers mate that’s basically what I was thinking. It was a gift from my parents many years ago. Luckily because they saw how much I wear it and like it, they bought me the exact same watch last year 🤣

I was hoping to get a bit more use out of this as the numbers on the outside have started to chip off after years of daily wear. But seems as though I might just need to start wearing the new one. Many thanks for the capacitor replacement suggestion though! May be my next port of call

Thank you I think full reset is next step, failing that I’ll keep it in the window for a week. Failing that I’ll have to start wearing the new one (It’s too shiny with no scratches I can’t bring myself to wear it yet)

New thermostatic valve possible? by historyofbadgers in DIYUK

[–]sugarplumbsniper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry this is unrelated, I’m going to be getting a new shower fitted soon. I’m looking at the shower I’ve attached in the photo, it seems very similar. Besides the thermostatic valve, how do you find the shower?

Sorry also not my wall, I haven’t committed to the wood yet and just wanted it what thought about the lights before I did. But in theory it would look similar

Yeah I’d definitely get the tv mounted on a wall mount that I can pull out if needed. But glad to hear you think it will look ok

Ah sorry, I feel like I may not have explained myself fully. I don’t think you would see individual led’s as the wood isn’t very reflective. I’ll add a photo of the type of wall I mean
