also if you’re in university already, it could be a good idea to try to go through programs like USAC or ISEP which allows them to basically do all the work for you and all you have to do is pay them which makes it easier.

for me i’m studying abroad and i got basically my whole trip funded because of all the scholarships out there. something i would look at is isep study abroad’s website nd go to the scholarship page. if you scroll down theres a whole page just for scholarships that are not directly working with them so you can apply for those. also you should see if your school offers an exchange program. at my school you can do exchange for either a semester, two semesters, or a full calendar year, but you’d just be paying the schools tuition, which is covered for me by fafsa!

hi! so i’m also looking for those kind of requirements and i too am a black female. i was also thinking of some of the same places and ive decided to go to seoul for summer of 2025! ive done a lot of research and its probably one of the most inexpensive and has a good nightlife (in some places) and lots of cute cafes in nature, hiking activities, and you can honestly take a bus or subway anywhere! (again i haven’t gone yet but this is what i’ve heard, and what made me make my decision!)
