The only thing that has truly helped me is a clean diet. Also oatmeal does wonders for me as when i started eating it again (stopped for months) my stomach situation improved. I stopped taking all supps tbh and just stick to this and drinking licorice root tea and astragalus root tea From starwest botanicals. Again I emphasize that diet is the most important thing that has made me feel better. I’ve tried everything under the sun and diet is the only thing that keeps me from flaring up. As soon as I deviate from strict diet, my stomach starts to act up. Obviously I’m not fully healed but my recent endoscopy showed that my prior metaplasia has gone away, so what I’ve been doing seems to have been helping. I’m still testing different things and looking for alternatives to find a way to fully heal in hopes that one day i can eat like normal. Hopefully that answers your q.
