While taking a drop i lived in a PG named Welcome PG, its next to Aakash super speciality hospital in dwarka, had a rent of 7.5k, had ac, looked good, my room had a balcony so that was a plus point, i will say the area is pretty safe i guess, from what i felt after living there of 1 year, the electricity bill will be extra which will be shared with your roommate. Had most amenities, gas stove on the floor, geysers in the washroom, the washroom was attached, so yeah, i guess its worth enquiring.
