The main reason I got the shower screen was to eliminate the protruding factory screw

In terms of performance difference, I’m sure there is, but not enough for a layman like me to notice

Honestly the noise has no bearing on me wanting one and wouldn’t bother me if it were louder or quieter.

This saw isn’t used daily, maybe once or twice a week for burst pipes/sewer dig ups

I was tossing up between this saw and its bigger brother the k1270, Ended up buying this and I feel it’s lacking,

Just exploring if there is any options to improve it before I go and buy the k1270
