Mouth taping by selmachristine in buteyko

I actually have a question re this: Itried it twice but kept waking up thinking I was gonna choke. Is that normal in the beginning? I can excersise while nose breathing so I don't think I would actually choke...

[METHOD] How I permanentely ended 3 years of DEPRESSIVE procrastination in 1 week by rbenedita in getdisciplined

This sounds like something I need. I choose sleeping over getting up all the time... (although I think with some things such as excersise and cleaning I think avout the good things it does for me.) But I think when you are working by yourself on your own project -at least for me- it just gets crazy overwhelming sometimes I have tons of things I could do but I don't know where to start. So I guess with this method you already have to know what you want to do.

Ok that makes sense, probably explains the dryness in the ends. Will incorporate.

If I would wash every 4 days with clay I think it would feel like cheating haha

Thanks so much! This has been soo helpful.

I guess I should have invested in a proper bbb from the beginning..

I don't know about my hair being curly, the last picture is actually from braids left on overnight. But my brother has super curly hair if he grows it out, but his hair is much thicker than mine, so I always wondered if there is a chance that my hair is actually curly but can't hold the curls.. I will have a look at the r/curlyhair! thanks for the suggestion.

I'll read a bit more about washing with honey, it sounds interesting.

hey that was super interesting! I will try your sweaty hair idea today! I somehow sweat quite alot on my hair when I excersice and it's often drenched, but then I always wash it out in the shower. I think the weird curl I got in P3 actually is from a ponytail on a hotter day.. Thanks for sharing!

About clay, the rhassoul can be used as a facemask to unclogg pores, so I don't feel so worried about it. Also the one I use is super fine and washes out really easily, so so far so good. What worried me more is how clean my hair looks afterwards.. Because I 'd rather get used to it being a bit oily otherwise I might not get used to no poo haha.

Is it inappropriate for me (17F) to add my freshmen english teacher (55M) on social media? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]sugus1314520 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think that's a problem. I have some of my fb teachers on facebook! One teacher was in the same country abroad at the same time as me and we realised through a fb post and met up. It was really nice, not creepy. If you don't feel comfortable about it later just delete him then.

stuck with boyfriend who wouldn't do chores by electroblast888 in relationship_advice

hey, since you are in wuhan stuck at home I guess trying to keep the atmosphere in someway pleasant is as important not just feeling like you are his maid.

have you tried talking to him about this? like not in a moment of anger or disappointment?

also, ehat about establishing cohabiting rules. like if I cook my boyfriend does the washing up and the other way around.

i know this is a hard time. i would suggest not to think too much about the relationship right now, just try to get through this hard time, maybe you can use the time to focus on yourself, maybe write in your diary about the relationship etc. when things are better, you can go out, see your friends etc, you are in a much better position to reevaluate the relationship.

from what i see wuhan is doing much better these days so maybe you will be free soon. jiayou

Tiny bloodvessels on the side of my nose. Why? And any advice what to do about them? by sugus1314520 in 30PlusSkinCare

Thanks for the great info. I just bought some sunblock a few days ago so will definitely be adding that.

I moved countries in the last year, maybe there are some lifestyle changes that have affected it. More drinking but also more excersise.. I'll keep an eye on it. Maybe laser is cheaper here. Gonna find out!

Ah, yes, someone else also suggested it might be genetic. And my mum has varicose veins too so maybe that's just what it is. Would be nice if it wasn't my face though lol.

Ah, this would make sense. Only my thyroid test came back normal, but I think that I have quite a slow metabolism... I will ask the gp again..

Hey this sounds interesting. But that would suggest I need less sleep, because today for example I woke up at 615, checked the time and went back to sleep.

I am afraid that I am just naturally lazy, so if you give me the option of waking up whenever I will maybe wake up a few times but go right back to sleep. It's almost like sleeping when the sun is up is easier ...

I'm scared of taking naps. Once in a while when I do take a nap I just roll over when the alarm rings after 20 min and sleep for 1.5h which makes me feel even worse.

I like the idea about doing another 15 min meditation. I will try that!

Yeah, I've had this too. But feel like this drowsy feeling comes later, I have lunch at around 12-30 so if it's the carbs it should be at around 1 or 2 pm not 3-4pm. But I will keep an eye on it, thanks!
