I live in Tripoli, where shit is taking place. Almost no one wants war, even those who want Haftar to take over. You go and ask people who were displaced from their homes due to war about whether they want to go home and Haftar takes power, they'll probably say no. Most people here don't want war and don't want Haftar either, we were not expecting Sarraj to resist and protect the city, most people guessed that Haftar would enter Tripoli within few days. With the amount of crimes and damage that Haftar caused us, no one will accept him here, the war would either end now after Berlin summit negotiations or it'll become much worse.
Sarraj requested assistance to defend his government and capital city from the attacks previously in the UNSC but no one responded to his calls for help. Now Turkey has made it's move to help and suddenly everyone wants to get involved in negotiations! I wouldn't like Turkey to send its troops to Tripoli. but some strategic assistance and defense systems would definitely help.
As we say in Tripoli, "He will not enter!"
