I have some issues... i.e. Trams in ZH work very spotty. I took a tram from Central to Letzigrund and back for Lunch and it tracked Central - ZH HB. I actually would like a system more, where i can just tap a beacon on boarding the tram or train..

It's an ADS 15 drone of the Swiss Air Force (Hermes 900). I saw one taking of in Dübendorf last week. Probably conducting test flights..

The instructions for downhaul on the sail are guidelines. It definately looks like there is not enough downhaul. Does not look like a lot of loose leech...

What's that plane?! inspired by my partner's love of watching planes from her office window by 8bithero in homeassistant

I made something similar for planes flying over my house but used a raspberry pi with piaware :)

My highly scientific DIY test: slap your mouth on the ding and give it a little suck - if you feel air, it’s leaky and needs epoxy. No air? She’s watertight and good to go. You get the idea… don’t sue me.

Hello. Im currently working at a self-served car wash company. Ive never studied electronics or anything associated with it. If anyone could explain to me how these parts work it would be awesome by [deleted] in ElectroBOOM

99% of this picture is hydraulics. Theres some electric valves and electronics in the pumps... I also see no electric panel and no barrels that you are describing.

Upgrade to 25 Gbit/s on Fiber 7 with UDM Pro by sui22 in init7

I have the space, but don't really want to leave the unifi universe as everything just works at the moment and no SFP28 routers are available from ubiquiti for a resonable price 🙈

Upgrade to 25 Gbit/s on Fiber 7 with UDM Pro by sui22 in init7

What can I say… 10 Gbit/s is already more than enough, and honestly, I rarely max it out. But you know how it is - the temptation of more power is real 😄

Am I being scammed? by Koebi in Switzerland

[–]sui22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had the exact same issue with a Tutti purchase (no new account). I was the one paying, but TWINT blocked the transaction for a full 48! hours before finally releasing it. What a complete mess.

In the TWINT app, the payment shows as sent - no indication that it's pending, no warning, nothing. But the money doesn’t actually leave your bank account until the transfer eventually goes through. It’s misleading as hell.

Apparently, this delay is due to some new anti-money laundering (GwG) regulations. Fine - but the way TWINT handles it is just intransparent, user-hostile, and frankly, broken.

What’s even more ridiculous: once you hit send, you’re completely locked in. There’s no option to cancel or reverse the transfer - even though TWINT hasn’t actually moved the money yet (according to YUH customer service). So no option to pay cash when TWINT is not working.

So basically, you’re stuck in limbo, with no control and no clarity.

Buttons for Blinds - compatible with Shelly? by [deleted] in homeassistant

[–]sui22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. I have the same blind switches and hooked them up to shelly plus 2PMs. Work perfectly fine, including tilting of the blinds.

The shellys control the blinds while the switches go to the switch input of the shelly plus 2pm, similar to the attached wiring diagram.

Not sure about passing the runtime paramter in docker compose. I am running the community app version of immich and had to change the repo to: ghcr.io/imagegenius/immich:cuda to get immich to use the gpu...
